After serveral weeks and research for a new car, visits to more then Buick dealers near by our home, My wife and I drove out to T&T Coastal buick and during on visit we test drove 2 cars the bUICK Regal to more then Buick dealers near by our home, My wife and I drove out to T&T Coastal buick and during on visit we test drove 2 cars the bUICK Regal turbo and the Buick Lacrosse CXL. Both very nice cars, the sales rep Tom Naughton and the sales manager James Fibraio gave us all the information on options incentives rebates and finances alternatives on both cars. this visit was on March 19th and we returned on March 29th to negotiate a purchase with Tom Naughton, we decided on the Buick Lacrosse CXL and the sales rep to and the finance manager Thomas made the overall process a pleasant experience without and sales hassels like we found during our search in other dealers. The T&T Coastal staff I found to be both professional and very courteous. my wife and I are very with our choice. We have bought a number of vehicles over the years through Hank Graveman. His word is his bond which goes a long way for me. He clearly explains each detail of the transaction, patiently answers all questions posed and maintains a sense of humor throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle. In this recent purchase I was unable to verify via my own calculation a couple tax and other charges related to the purchase price. Hank went through each item, tax and fee and worked with me to verify accuracy and be sure I was comfortable with the processes involved. After an hour I left with a good understanding of how the final purchase price was determined. Hank's knowledge of the vehicle, his willingness to take the time to understand my needs in terms of a new vehicle, his sort of folksy easy going manner coupled with his unique brand of humor and his ability to communicate information including the vagaries of fees, taxes, etc. leading to a purchase price are qualities that make him in my opinion a superb saleman. His willingness to negotiate, find all applicable rebates and give me a good a price as is possible (I verified the price as excellent on several other websites) all speak to his considerable success in what can be a very demanding profession. For many including me, Hank is the face of the T&T dealership. Their success is directly related to the leadership, experience, integrity and trust that many many customers have in Hank Graveman.
