I purchased my 1st car from T&T Coast and was very very happy with their service, and especially the way they do business. I purchased a used car and was very happy with the whole process, Lou was ver very happy with their service, and especially the way they do business. He listened to what I wanted and showed me 4 cars test driving 3 of them. I ultimately purchased 1 and was extremely happy. Unfortunatly the next week I had a little problem with it. So I called Lou he said no problem and bring it in. Thankfully it was not a major problem, he then took me to meet the service advisor Larry who promptly had the problem fixed within 20 minutes.. Very interesting sales expereince. I usually take days or even weeks to work a deal. This one was done in two hours. Pick up the vehicle was the next day. Lou, my salesman, met me outside,despite a stiff wind, and the vehicle,preped and shiny, was out front. He then contacted my insurance company made arrangements for trans fer to new vehicle. (This was first time expereince for me.) Finance was handled quickly, but with no short cuts as to explanation of the documents signed and executed.
