Picked up new used car not cleaned very well tree sap on finish and they just waxed over it. This is a Ferrari dealer not a used car lot with a trailer. Now I have to have it redetailed at my expense and th finish and they just waxed over it. This is a Ferrari dealer not a used car lot with a trailer. Now I have to have it redetailed at my expense and they refused to reimburse me. So much for complete customer satisfaction. Would never recommend them to anyone. Salesman was nice but didn’t fight with management to satisfy me. As a previous automobile executive this is why dealers go broke. More

Huge disappointment! Very South Florida posh. Possibly the snobbiest and least friendly dealership on the planet. You have to give your car to a valet (no customer parking) and then fight your way out lat the snobbiest and least friendly dealership on the planet. You have to give your car to a valet (no customer parking) and then fight your way out later against entitled customers racing to be out before you. I went in there and was treated like I did not exist. God forbid you ask to sit in one of the locked cars! How dare you! Unless you are a superstar or like to get dressed up to look like one when you go car shopping I would pass on this place. More
