Great Customer & Car Service + No Pressure Sales I bought my previous Jag at another dealership that had a great sales process, but the experience fell apart when I had to arrange service months late I bought my previous Jag at another dealership that had a great sales process, but the experience fell apart when I had to arrange service months later. They discontinued their loner program, discontinued concierge pickup, and it was almost impossible to get an appointment quickly or that fit my schedule. Thus, I started servicing that F-Pace at The Collection instead. Though I hadn't originally leased the vehicle there, Erick treated me as if I had. The service department as a whole was easy to schedule with, always kept me apprised of when to expect the car back, and completed everyting on time. Thus, it was an easy decision to trade in at The Collection and become a sales customer as well. I'm happy to say that Juan and the sales team were also very accommodating of my needs and my time.
