Confused with my lease termination It was time for me to return my lease and I was confused as I had to do to get into a new audi. After so many attempts to select my new car, I passed It was time for me to return my lease and I was confused as I had to do to get into a new audi. After so many attempts to select my new car, I passed by Collection I started to look at the showroom cars but without any hope of leaving today with a new car. After several laps a salesman named Willian Fernandez asked me if I needed help, I told him if please, since all the Audi salesmen were super busy, I explained what was happening to me and he took me to his desk and started explaining what I had what to do first with my old car; later he explained to me about the new leasing and the ability of the new models with prices. The way to explain and his interest in me feeling satisfied in everything was so great that thanks to Willian Fernandez and his excellent Audi sales manager Gluseppe Todisco today December 2, 2017 I left the Collection with my Christmas gift my new Audi Q5, with all the luxuries that this car can have and the price is as I had asked them both. They have given me a service that for my opinion they deserve more than a 5 star rating. A million thanks to everyone at Audi, especially for your kindness to my salesman William Fernandez, to Gluseppe Todisco sales manager to do everything possible to get the best offer again thanks ... The Collection was far and above the most friendly and customer s I went to more than a few Porsche CPO dealers to find the 911 that was right for me. The Collection was far and above the most friendly and customer service oriented off all the dealers I went to. Luis Wassmann, my salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to answer numerous questions that I had. Even after I purchased the car, he followed up with me and answered a few additional questions I had about the 911. Overall, there was little room for improvement throughout the process. If you want a good experience (with no BS or pushy sales tactics, which I can't say about the other dealers I visited) then I definitely recommend that you check out the Collection. More
