Honest and trustworthy sales and service! Northwest Mini has been nothing but wonderful to us! They truly care about their customers and they are very honest. The service dept helped us earlie Northwest Mini has been nothing but wonderful to us! They truly care about their customers and they are very honest. The service dept helped us earlier this year with our older Mini that needed clutch work. The work itself would have been over $3000 but they offered to sell us a service contract for about $1000 less than the cost of the repair that covered that and service for the next 3 years! After we were in an accident we went back to them for a new one. The one we were looking at had a sticker price $4000 over what it was actually selling for and we didn’t know that. Steve was honest and told us the lower price and we ended up buying it. Fred in finance was great too. They made the whole process fast and simple. They are not pushy at all! We are highly impressed and will return to Steve to purchase again! More
