Super Happy With OUr New Car. Worst experience ever I purchased a 2009 Ford F150 and within a week of purchase, the truck was shaking violently at startup. I took the vehicle to a Ford Dealer and they I purchased a 2009 Ford F150 and within a week of purchase, the truck was shaking violently at startup. I took the vehicle to a Ford Dealer and they said the engine needed to be replaced. Taj Automall replaced the engine with one from a junkyard. Within a week it was sounding like I had open headers on the exhaust. Took it back to Ford again and they said the headers had holes in them. One week after they replaced the engine. They replaced the headers. Shortly after that, I was smelling something burning or exhaust. Took it back and they said they found no exhaust leaks. Several weeks after that I was towing a boat up the Northeast extension to Pittsburgh and a truck pulls up next to me and says that I am spewing oil in the back. I take it to Ford once again and they said that my oil dip stick tube was missing. I was also told that when you replace headers on a Ford F150 you have to remove the oil dipstick tube. Taj never put it back in the truck after replacing the headers. Their service department is at Penn Auto Group. How do you forget to put back an oil dipstick fill tube???????? This was why I was smelling something burning. The oil leaked out when the truck was under stress. Horrible service work. Once again I was having trouble with the truck starting rough. They diagnosed it and said they had to change the spark plugs first to finish their diagnosis. They charged me $300 to replace the old spark plugs for the old engine they replaced. This was a nightmare. More
