Long wait, but worth it. I came to this dealership after going to a place who sold both cars I was interested in the morning of. I needed something with great gas mileage, hav I came to this dealership after going to a place who sold both cars I was interested in the morning of. I needed something with great gas mileage, having a Jeep Grand Cherokee was getting too expensive. I started looking around the lot, and not long after, someone came up and asked what I was interested in. I explained my situation, he walked around with me to show what they had in my price range with the best gas mileage. They didn't have what I was looking for, but they had other close dealerships with cars I could look at on the computer. It came down to a bright red 2015 Ford Fiesta. It took awhile for them to get the vehicle over to where we were, but as I was waiting, one of the employees bought pizza for customers waiting on things, offered drinks, etc. It was really nice. After my vehicle got there, they got me to take a test drive right away. I loved it. They worked it out with me to get in the price range I requested, and walked me through all of the paperwork. Overall it was a good experience. All I would suggest is keeping the customer informed on how long it's going to take for each process. I spent a few hours there, and 80% of the time was waiting for the car to get there and waiting for paperwork to come through. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, which I was really impressed by. More

Great Car Buying Experience! After an exhaustive online search and a few failed attempts to buy a car from one of the "big name" dealerships, I was feeling completely defeated. I saw the car I wanted on the Taj Auto Mall website, and made an appointment to test drive it with one of the sales reps Yaman. The car looked exactly like it did in the online pictures - no hidden "surprises" after seeing it in person. Yaman immediately made me feel at ease in what would have otherwise been an intimidating process. I explained that I had less than great credit and was having a difficult time finding a dealership that would finance me. None of this deterred Yaman, and it was clear that his only goal in that moment was to get me the car I wanted. He worked out the numbers and was able to offer me a fair and honest deal. The whole buying process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend Taj Auto Mall to anyone looking for a car, especially if you are working with any credit issues. Thank you Yaman for all your help and support through the process. I will definitely be sending business your way! More
