On December 12, 2025, I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 from Tallahassee CDJR for $35,000. Within 24 hours, it failed; staff admitted on the phone they knew of defects but were "tired of working on it." The tru Tallahassee CDJR for $35,000. Within 24 hours, it failed; staff admitted on the phone they knew of defects but were "tired of working on it." The truck then suffered a total drivetrain failure, sitting in their bay for 63 days. On May 5, 2026, they gave me a falsified 'Passed' safety inspection but delivered the truck with a completely disconnected turbo wastegate vacuum hose, causing immediate failure. On May 8, 2026, the Service Advisor admitted to a witness and I, that the first replacement engine was defective on delivery and that technicians physically dropped and shattered it during removal. Staff then tried to scavenge used parts from my blown engine core to patch a second replacement unit, subsequently finding a failed EGR cooler and leaking transmission lines they missed for 60 days. Due to their repeated installation negligence, they completely exhausted my warranty's lifetime limit of liability to cover their own shop blunders. My loan balance is $33,726.79, but the insurer confirmed I am left with exactly $2,918 in remaining protection. I gave them every opportunity to make this right internally. Instead, on May 13, 2026, GM Mike Kelley sent three predatory swap proposals attempting to seize my $4,017 contract refunds as a down payment while spikes my payment from $527.05 up to $613.23, $622.21, and $887.73, including a fraudulent $12,000 market markup on a used 2024 Ram. I have refused delivery, filed Florida FDACS Case #2605-01623, and am contacting the Attorney General first thing tomorrow. I am remaining in the loaner van under civil dispute protection until they provide a straight equity swap matching my $527.05 payment and $33,726.79 payoff and 6.99% interest rate. More
🚨 OUTRAGEOUS Retaliation: Tallahassee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sales Dept. FIRED THE VICTIM YESTERDAY (Dec 4, 2025) Review Body Draft: I am posting this review to warn the public about a shocking ethical failure and gross mismanagement practice at Tallahassee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This incident occurred specifically within the Sales Department. The Incident Timeline: Nov 24, 2025 (Theft): A salesperson (the victim) had $50 cash stolen from their desk area. The identity of the perpetrator was strongly alleged to be a specific coworker. Management's Knowledge: Management was made aware of the theft allegation, the supporting evidence, and the fact that the accused employee has a well-known substance abuse problem. Yesterday, Dec 4, 2025 (Termination/Retaliation): Despite having full knowledge of the situation, management's decision was an absolute shock: They Protected the Accused Thief: The employee alleged to have committed the theft was retained and continues to work on the sales floor (reportedly due to high sales volume). They FIRED THE VICTIM: The salesperson who was stolen from and reported the incident was terminated yesterday, December 4, 2025. Conclusion and Warning: This management decision constitutes outrageous retaliation against an honest employee who reported a crime. It shows that Tallahassee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's management is willing to protect a high-revenue employee with known theft and substance abuse issues, prioritizing sales above employee safety, business ethics, and public trust. I urge potential customers to recognize that this dealership operates with a fundamental disregard for basic ethics. This corporate failure and clear retaliation are being formally reported to the Florida Attorney General's Office and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR). Lisa Randolph More

My 2021 Jeep Wrangler with only 18,000 miles was brought here on a Monday by Tallahassee Ford for a cylinder 2 misfire. It’s now Wednesday, and I just found out the vehicle hasn’t even been looked at yet. here on a Monday by Tallahassee Ford for a cylinder 2 misfire. It’s now Wednesday, and I just found out the vehicle hasn’t even been looked at yet. To make matters worse, the service department didn’t even have my contact information on file, which tells me the Jeep was never properly checked in or prioritized. I’ve now been without my vehicle for nearly a week, with zero updates, zero urgency, and no clear plan. This isn’t just a delay — this is a failure of basic customer service. A new Jeep with a known misfire issue should be diagnosed immediately, especially when the buyer has been left without a vehicle. If this is the level of support Jeep owners can expect, I’d think twice about service here. Poor communication, no ownership of the issue, and no respect for the customer’s time. More
Horrible Service - Unprofessional and Unreliable I cannot express how frustrating my experience with this dealership has been. I brought my car in for repairs back in February, and when I got it back cannot express how frustrating my experience with this dealership has been. I brought my car in for repairs back in February, and when I got it back the diagnostic was cleared, but my car was not fixed. After immediately sending it back, I was assured multiple times that the car would be fixed within a week, but that week turned into TWO months of constant delays and I still don't have my car. I've spent a significant amount of money out of pocket while they repeatedly told me week after week that the car would be ready soon. Every single time, I was left disappointed. To make matters worse, I have written documentation of the advisor promising it would be ready on several occasions, and yet, nothing was done. The technicians continue to dismiss my cars repair needs and gave a long list of excuses as to why they can't get to it. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will never brina my car here again and strongly recommend that others avoid this dealership if they want reliable service. More
