Horrible Service Department I bought a brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and ever since I’ve bought it I have had problems with it every time I get it back from the service depa I bought a brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and ever since I’ve bought it I have had problems with it every time I get it back from the service department the very next day the check engine light comes on they’ve never corrected any issues that I’ve had with the vehicle. I have attempted to bring my vehicle in for over a month I finally got a hold of someone in the service department and scheduled to bring my vehicle in so that I may have a loaner vehicle when I went to go pick it up they refused to give me the loaner vehicle. I am dealing directly with Chrysler currently and they even agree that there are a ton of inaccuracies and false statements when it comes to the service department at Tallahassee Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. More

Well, after buying my car that was it, I have not heard anything from them, no thank you, how are you liking the car, nothing. I would not buy another car from Eddie Granberry if he was the only Chrysler Dodge Jeep salesman in Florida. I have bought my cars from Lee Chrysler in Fort Walton, before buying from Tallahassee DCJ, and they have called me to congratulate me on the purchase of my new car, and told me if I ever need anything to please let them know, still no word from Tallahassee DCJ, I did e-mail the service manager to see if I had the free oil changes for 2 years like I have got on all my new Chryslers and Dodge cars I have bought in the past, and he told me that Chrysler does not do that any more, BS, yes they do. Lee Chrysler and Bay Dodge both still give long time customers 2 years free oil changes. I have drove a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep for the past 22 years, and this is the one and only one I will ever buy from Tallahassee DCJ More

Would Not Recommend Last place to go to buy a Dodge or Jeep...I went in with an approval letter from my bank...I picked out a vehicle I liked and me and the sales guy who Last place to go to buy a Dodge or Jeep...I went in with an approval letter from my bank...I picked out a vehicle I liked and me and the sales guy who is supposed to be salesman of the year along with Mike Brown another salesman was haggling over the price and payments...Reminder: I am already approved thru my bank..They asked if I would like them to check other banks for a lower rate I said no I do not want my credit ran again as I am already approved for $34,000..I left right before closing as we was still haggling over the price..The next day I am receiving alerts on my phone that my credit is being checked...A total of 9 inquiries was made in 1 day on my credit at other banks or finance companies..The kicker is they got my SS number from the approval letter that I gave them from my bank..They got my info off my letter and ran as many banks and finance companies just to try and make a deal..No deal here...If you want your info stole you need to go here..I called the so called salesman of the year and he does not remember me telling him not to run my credit again..Been trying to get a hold of the General Manager all day with the run around and messages left... Worst customer service I've experienced Service advisors are rude. Brought my ram 2500 to find a coolant leak they gave me nothing didn't call me until I was off work needing a ride. No follow through on promises I recently bought a Chevy Trax with 20,000 miles from this dealership. The salesman I had, John Keegan, was spectacular and a wonderful example of wha I recently bought a Chevy Trax with 20,000 miles from this dealership. The salesman I had, John Keegan, was spectacular and a wonderful example of what a service industry employee should be. The follow through on things he had no control over, however, left me angry and feeling cheated. I was promised bumper to bumper as well as tire insurance for X price and was overcharged by $800. When I confronted the person who lied to me about this, he referred me to his manager and I was told my only action of recourse was to cancel the services all together or pay the inflated price that they are charging me. I was also promised the additional key to my vehicle when buying, as I had to leave to go to work. After contacting the dealership four times about it, I was told that a bunch of keys were stolen and I would have to purchase an additional one elsewhere (the cost of which was $100). I was also promised cash back for getting someone else to buy a vehicle, which I did and he bought one later that day. I was told I would receive $200 cash back within two weeks, it has been about three and I have recieved nothing to date. This is a nasty way to do business and I will not be recommending them any longer. More
