Replacement Key for Vehicle Purchased at Another Dealership I needed a second key and an owner's manual for a vehicle I recently purchased from another dealership. The dealer I purchased the vehicle from had or I needed a second key and an owner's manual for a vehicle I recently purchased from another dealership. The dealer I purchased the vehicle from had ordered these items from TDCJ a couple of weeks prior. Daniel, in the Service Dept, took care of everything quickly and efficiently. I had to wait about 45 minutes, but that was only because the key had to be programmed to the vehicle, and there were a couple of software updates that needed to be done. Daniel expediently had this done, was very pleasant to work with, and I was on my way. More

The sticker price was 1200 higher than the advertised price. I asked for the internet price and I got a bunch of underhanded comments and denials. Then, the marketing department was accused of "changing the price" while the deal was going on. Unbelievable. Then, I was accused of taking advantage of the owner and his dealership by buying a car that they priced it at! Nick was the worst. If you have ever seen a five-year old throw a fit, then this description fits him. I would have laughed it off but he was disrespectful to my wife. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. More
