He was able to push me out of my comfort zone and test drive a car that was within my budget that I ultimately fell in love with! The whole process was very straightforward and I never felt pushed into doing anything I didn't feel comfortable with, something that is very important when buying a new car! Chris even helped me the day after the sale was done with setting up my FordPass! Thank you Chris! Sandra DeMay made the finance side of things go smoothly and quickly and answered any questions I had without trying to rush me out the door. Both she and Chris stayed passed closing time to finish everything with me. Great customer service! More

I had a transmission issue and expected the worst. But, Joel and Fred took care of me! The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a half a day. They definitely have their stuff in order over there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your car here for all its maintenance needs! More

Struggled to get car into shop (both shop owner and used car supervisor forgot? Took off work for nothing) . Been to shop twice. Still not fixed but actually worse. Now they are avoiding my calls and emails. So great experience buying. Negligent experience making it right. Would like to hear from the owner of the dealership to ask him/her why no one is overly concerned that I paid for an car that was sold by their dealership for the price of an unwrecked auto. More
