Extremely Happy I was pleasantly surprised with Tallahassee Ford’s staff and service. Before I even walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I had a transmission issue and expected the worst. But, Joel and Fred took care of me! The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a half a day. They definitely have their stuff in order over there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your car here for all its maintenance needs! More

Great Buying Experience Until it Wasn't Bought a 2016 Nissan Murano SL, Discovered soon after it was a wrecked car but had not reported on Car Fax. Struggled to get car into shop (both shop owner and used car supervisor forgot? Took off work for nothing) . Been to shop twice. Still not fixed but actually worse. Now they are avoiding my calls and emails. So great experience buying. Negligent experience making it right. Would like to hear from the owner of the dealership to ask him/her why no one is overly concerned that I paid for an car that was sold by their dealership for the price of an unwrecked auto. More

Stands behind their words. Just bought a new F350 in March. The road hazard warranty we bought was supposed to cover our tires and rims. Found out a month later it didn't. Great follow up! Pulled the rabbit out of the hat!! Went there looking for a new truck for me and my wife. Found a 2018 f-150 with a diesel motor. Not being a diesel guy or towing much I left. I Got o Went there looking for a new truck for me and my wife. Found a 2018 f-150 with a diesel motor. Not being a diesel guy or towing much I left. I Got on the internet and decided to let Ford find what I wanted, it just so happened TALLAHASSEE FORD had exactly what we wanted. With Eddie Cruze’s follow up with emails, texts and voice mail we were able to work out a deal that same day, a 2019 Ford F-150 loaded with the motor (5.0 ltr. V-8) I wanted. We got to the dealership and met Bill Kalgan who was very easy to deal with and talk to, a fine professional. He turned me over to John Jimenez to finalize all paperwork along with the finance personnel Terrence Fisher which was done with ease and a sense of urgency. We couldn’t ask for a better experience! We have a 2013 f-150 with 253,000 miles on it and look forward to putting that amount or more on this new one. Very professional, polite and willing to work with us all the way!! Thanks to all involved! Do yourself good and visit John for a new ride! More
