The kind of thing you would expect from a rip off sales lot, not from a truly honest Ford Dealer! Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Ford Focus (21,974 miles) December 2018 , with extended warranty. Supposedly passed their 172-Point Vehicle Inspection. Test drove car and all seemed fine! Dealt with a master B.S. Salesman (Matthew Katz), avoid him at all cost! Nothing but lies and deception! Plays up the veteran angle about all his so called Marine Corp experience! When you dig though his B.S. you'll find that his father was the Marine, not him! A veteran pretender! (I'm U.S. Navy Retired - Vietnam thru Desert Storm) Had the car for three months now and added just over 1,000 miles. So far the following things have failed: (1) Phones failed to sync after delivery. The salesman proclaimed that our phones were the problem. "Funny thing is that both our phones synced fine with our Ford F150." When told this, the salesman said there was nothing he could do and maybe service could solve the problem. Googled the problem and fixed it myself, it was the car ! Not our phones! The "Red Flag" about "no after sale support" and "you bought it and now its yours" attitude was waving. (2) Two weeks after buying the car, started having problems with the transmission. Made several attempts to get the car looked at by their service department. Couldn't get an appointment over the phone and no one would call back. During my final attempt, I was told by Service Department receptionist they had no record of the car being purchased at Tallahassee Ford. Also, that routine service appointments are apparently only made online. Earliest online appointment was two months later. Gave up calling the master of deception Tallahassee Ford! Called Timberland Ford in Perry FL, 50 miles away! Had an appointment TWO days later! They determined that the transmission clutch assembly had failed and replaced it. (3) Now the front brakes have failed. Just 23,000 miles on the car and three months after purchase (we've only added about 1,000 miles since we bought it)! All of these are examples of their lying, deceptive, and laughable 172-Point Vehicle Inspection Sheet. For the record: a few years ago I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Ford from another Ford dealer and never had any problems (just normal wear and tear) with the car. Bought it with about 33,000 miles on the car and sold it with just over 80,000. Tallahassee Ford is the worst Ford Dealer I've ever encountered! "If you want a Ford, find another dealer!" More

I drove 2 :30 minutes to see the truck , I was expecting a agressive sales man pushing as hard as he can to sale quick . I was amazed by the way Reggie interact with me and my demanding wife ,how honest he was ,no lies ,no pushing, no bad attitude, I usually never buy in a dealer because of how bad the push and they can never set a deal without running your credit buy Reggie did for me and that make me feel trust in him , I will not buy anywhere else but Tallahassee and I hope next time I'm go to get a vehicle Reggie still there ,I will tell all my friends go to Tallahassee and ask for Reggie great experience I'm very happy .
