It was a great experience. All the staff were helpful. We started our vehicle experience through the TrueCar app. We found a Ford F-150 XLT that we were interested in. So we put it on our wish list and w We started our vehicle experience through the TrueCar app. We found a Ford F-150 XLT that we were interested in. So we put it on our wish list and within two minutes we received a call from Chris Flannery inquiring about our interest in the truck. We then set up a time to meet on 2-25-2019. I was able to squeeze time on Wednesday (2-20-19). The only issue was that Chris was off on that day. Josh Thompson stepped in to help us test drive the F-150 in question. My wife and I decided that this was going to be the truck for us. Josh took great care of us. What I found exceptional was that without hesitation Josh came out and stated that he would split the sale with Chris. Since Chris was the initial point person for the sale. The staff inside of the dealership was amazing and polite. I would recommend Tallahassee Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury to any body looking for helpful non pushy sales persons.
