Breakdown in communication Had a vehicle all lined up paperwork sent to my bank on Friday from dealership, was heading up Saturday with check. Very unprofessional, lack of communication said vehicle should have been pulled off the lot and in detail getting ready for my arrival, but it wasn’t. The salesman gave all the excuses and said he had another one come in last night but with a few less amenities but had been through their inspections and detailing. I did purchase the other vehicle as I drove 2 hours to come get other car but was extremely upset with their working ethics. Working up to 3 clients at a time givononr their full attention. It turnout to be an all day ordeal More
