Dennis took us in and had our truck immediately looked at by your diesel mechanic Jeff. Dennis was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of diesel engines. The mechanic got us fixed in about 4 hours and Dennis even got us a ride on the shuttle so we could get something to eat while we waited. This was the best experience we've ever had in a service Department, even better than our hometown dealership.
