Great Job! Matthew was outstanding! He is superbly well informed, not only about the vehicle I was interested in, but also about all of the intricacies related Matthew was outstanding! He is also passionate about what he is doing and his focus was always on the customer. I have purchased at least 10 cars over the last 30 years including very high end cars and Matthew was as good as I have ever seen including Audi, BMW and Porsche dealerships. You guys need to do everything you can to hang on to this guy as he could easily be working a bigger market at dealerships with high end cars and make a lot money. He was fair, honest, exuded trust with tremendous integrity. The buying experience with Matthew was excellent! More

Does not honor deal Girlfriend and I spent 7 hours with Jacob sales rep and Terrance Manager only to back out and NOT honor the deal of 272, 1.9% for 72 months that they Girlfriend and I spent 7 hours with Jacob sales rep and Terrance Manager only to back out and NOT honor the deal of 272, 1.9% for 72 months that they had made. Doesnt matter what the reply is to this review by whoever is going to reply. The bottom line is that they did not honor the deal the manager said! Way too much haggling and deceptions from these people..Would not recommend going to this place!!! More

Purchase of new 2018 Expedition Matt was great! He knew everything about the new Expedition and helped me special order one that contained the options I wanted. When it arrived, he Matt was great! He was especially helpful in pairing my phone to the vehicle so I could use the "hands free" option. He's very personable and has a an easy-going attitude. I think he's Aaron Kaufman's (Gas xxxxxx Garage) clone! And I don't know how Sandra keeps all the paperwork straight! I must have signed and initialed two dozen pieces of paper, and she patiently explained what each was for. I was overwhelmed, but she was unflappable! If she leaves the dealership, your ability to process sales is going to plummet! More
