Bad customer service To whom it may concern, I recently had a serious issue with my Ford truck, It started out with my Turbo and my Diesel Exhaust Filter. The day To whom it may concern, I recently had a serious issue with my Ford truck, It started out with my Turbo and my Diesel Exhaust Filter. The day I question I was scheduled to take my truck to Tallahassee Ford. I ultimately had to use my vehicle insurance warranty. I had accidentally put DEF fluid in my fuel tank. I understand that was my fault. But after I paid for my truck to be fixed i had to return to Tallahassee Ford because of a collapsed fuel line.I was instructed by the service Representative Dennis Scott I would have to pay another 100.00 deductible I then told MR. Scott that was not acceptable as it was paid for by my auto insurance and that was insurance fraud. Mr. Scott then became belligerent with me. I then asked to speak to his supervisor. He then got Colby Bass and Mr. Bass then got the General Manager Tom Workman. Mr. Bass and Mr Workman resolved the issue at hand and my truck was resolved. However I will never use Mr. Scott in the future due his unprofessional attitude> i have always had a pleasant experience with Tallahassee Ford I own a automotive business myself. I have to call the parts counter quite frequently and have never had this kind of experience with them. I will continue to use Tallahassee Ford thru the parts counter. Donnie Cain More

Very Poor Service My experience is in reference to my 2015 F150. I needed a door lock replaced under warranty. My assigned service advisor was John. It took John/Tallahassee Ford three moths to get it fixed. During this three month period, I experienced terrible communication, very poor service, and above all, my door lock still doesn’t work. This is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with and they do not care about your business. More

Car shopping is not fun at all but when we went here it was painless and so easy. They worked with us as well. Lorenzo was so great we couldn’t say enough nice things about him. He listened to everything we wanted and found us the car for an amazing price. For our next purchase we will be buying from them with out a doubt. Just as importantly, Matt did not push me too hard, but instead gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Matt and his manager, Bill K, were, without question, the best sales reps I have deal with in the last 40 plus years. I live in Orlando, but I purchased in Tallahassee because of Matt and Bill. I did not have the same experience with Orlando dealerships. More
