SUPER patient and believe me, this is not always an easy accomplishment when it comes to someone who ju What a PLEASURE it was to deal with Matt Katz! SUPER patient and believe me, this is not always an easy accomplishment when it comes to someone who just can NOT make up their mind! Matt patiently explained all the details and features of the two vehicles I was trying to decide between; not just once but over, and over, and OVER! Not only did he spend a great deal of time going back and forth and repeating himself (several times), but he was also very accommodating on the test drives (plural) of the two, that's right, TWO vehicles, and took the time to really find out what was the most important feature and reason for purchasing the vehicle. His questions about what was important helped me to FINALLY reach a decision! Or so it was thought because when all was said and done and I really thought I was at peace with the decision, and Matt had gone to take the chosen vehicle to fill it up and have it detailed, another thought occurred to me that perhaps we should wait for the COLOR I wanted! (Poor Matt). Again, complete patience and nothing less than absolute professionalism on Matt's part at this ludicrous suggestion of mine! All this on the poor man's day off! (I'm SURE he was NOT paid enough for all he endured this day but he kept a smile on his face and NEVER lost his patience! God bless Matt!).
