I am sure Harry is a good person. But since I never got an opportunity to work with him, I cannot offer an opinion. I do know that when it comes to making an impression, the other people I worked with let an opportunity to impress go by and will be difficult to forget. Customer satisfaction doesn’t solely rest on one individual, but it is carried on by everyone on the team.
