Come Monday after 5pm and when I call (because they did not call me) I am told that because is MLK day not all banks were open so they will wait until Tuesday, but they will call me as soon as they know anything. Tuesday, again, I called around the same time and was told the sales person I was dealing with was not there but they will have him call me. I received a text to inform me the deal did not go through and Sorry. I asked what was the reason or if it was something like a co-signer or money I was not given the choice. At the end of the day, I was told they had sold the truck that same day. Not even giving the courtesy of notifying me, specially when on that Saturday I was told that truck was there for over 60 days and they were sending it to auction because it was costing them to much just to have it there. At the end of the day Joshua (sale associate) lied and provided with the worse customer service. Never again will I ever look at that dealer again. I will advise anyone to make sure you check somewhere else. Lying to a customer that way is the worse thing a person can do. Very disappointed but never again. More
Great service! I bought a diesel truck "AS-IS" with a short drivetrain warranty, and had an injector problem $$$$$. Something I knew was not covered. She wanted cruise control (only request) and something that she could get out of being upside down on from a previous purchase. He put her in a base 2016 Focus - White - with NO CRUISE. We came up there together on Saturday around 1:00pm. We asked to keep monthly at $450 on a Hatchback version of the Focus but with (Cruise.) They let us walk at $467, 9.0% int, $8500 trade on a $16000 payoff. Julius wanted us gone so he could leave or take care of another customer that may have been coming in - I don't know. This company lost a deal because they were trying to hit a GRAND-SLAM on us. I sold cars for 9 months in 2001-2, so I know a little. We went to Nissan, purchased a 2016 Altima (WITH CRUISE) all electronic windows and seats - reverse cam with a much larger viewing screen - slightly larger vehicle - bluetooth - smoother ride - lifetime warranty on power train if we follow maint schedule. All this plus: 5.61APR through FL Commerce CU - $11,400 trade on a $16000 payoff - $2500 rebate - $2500 discount. Guess what the payment was? Economics shows that they could have changed things a bit and made this work. I wonder how many times a month this happens. Full pop vrs. fairness. All my friends and family will be told plus it will be on Facebook and Google reviews. Hope this helps. More

Dave had the situation cleared up in hours and I picked up my vehicle the next day. Thank you Dave. I have had my Infiniti G37 in this service department since 9/3 due to a sunroof leak that allowed water to drain behind the dashboard causing an electrical shortage when driven. This is a vehicle that I purchased from this dealership with a very expensive maintenance agreement suggested to cover most repair needs for this vehicle. Instead what I have gotten from the service department is that the first couple of days they didn't even look at the vehicle because 'they didn't have the right tools to work on it'. I guess you needed an Infiniti air hose to blow out the sunroof drains. I was next advised that the battery was dead and wasn't charging so I needed to buy a new battery before they could assess repairs so that they could start the car and move it to the bay. I have been hearing that same excuse for not working on the car for a week. I guess there is no other battery or jumper cables available to start the car and make a repair assessment. At this point, I have to consider that this dealership has no intention of honoring the maintenance contract they sold me. I am currently waiting for a return call from the service manager and if I should not hear from him I will try the owner or GM. Additionally, I think it is time to consider other complaint options. More
