As we were about to throw in the towel and give up we received a call from Raiza Leal. After telling her everything she said please give us a chance. I am glad we did. She was a pleasure to deal with even after she sent us to Aubrey Goodson. From the minute we walked in we felt like the most important people in the world. Aubrey was top notch as good as it gets, NO BS, and a humble down to earth person who wasn't a salesman and made it work within our budget. He took the time, and you felt like we were friends since grade school. He never tried to put us in something we couldn't afford or didn't want for that matter. Aubrey was 100% straight up and we are part of the Ford Family for Life. Let's do some math: Tallahassee Jeep Chrysler = 2005 Ford F150 200,000+ miles and a payment of $586 per month with an interior that looked like a pit bull ate it. With a trade in (Fully Paid For) Tallahassee Ford = 2014 Ford F150 less than 17,000 miles on it and a payment almost half of that with a trade in. A few days later, I was able to make the trip from Panama City (appx 2 hrs away) to Tallahassee, where I dealt with Jason. Now I always get nervous about major purchases, like a vehicle, because there are quite a few dishonest salesmen out there. However, Jason was very nice, personable and seemed really down to earth. Dealing with him and his sales manager, Eddie, made for a very pleasant purchasing experience. My credit isn't the greatest either, but they worked hard and were able to get me a great rate and an affordable price and I was able to drive home in that Mustang. There was some additional paperwork that needed taken care of and Jason even came all the way here (remember, that's a 2hr drive) to get it, rather than me having to go back. Now THAT'S customer service for you! Overall, I think I got the best possible deal I could have asked for and feel really good about my decision to purchase from Tallahassee Ford. More
