Lower my payment after the fact I purchased a 2015 Explorer and recieved a very good deal. Ken Eaton in sales made things seamless and pleaseant! But, the day after I bought the car I purchased a 2015 Explorer and recieved a very good deal. Ken Eaton in sales made things seamless and pleaseant! But, the day after I bought the car they called me and said that they could add the extended warranty and GAP insurance and drop my payment by $10.00 per month! WHAT???? Could not believe it! They kept on working for a better deal after I had left and signed a finance contract! I hope the future deals keep looking like this deal. More
