Welcoming Family-like Staff and Sales Environment! For the past year I have been working with my sales consultant Ryan Bailey (as I have reviewed previously) on putting together my order for a 2014 F-1 For the past year I have been working with my sales consultant Ryan Bailey (as I have reviewed previously) on putting together my order for a 2014 F-150 FX4. Yesterday was finally the official sale day which meant I got to take my dream truck home, and all with the help and guidance of such a fantastic DEALERSHIP Staff. Not only was Ryan honest and straight forward but he made sure to keep me posted about the progress of my purchase every step of the way, as I have never bought a car before so in essence I was completely clueless and fairly vulnerable to the dealership industry. He made sure to prepare everything for this sale ahead of time to ensure a smooth and stress free purchase day for me, and even allowed my Father to talk with him for a few hours regarding the paper work for my trade (parents donated my old vehicle to me to use in my first actual purchase for a trade which got a little complicated- on my end not Ford's)- talk about the patience of a saint! By the time I walked into the office, I knew what I was getting, what I needed to fill out and exactly what to do. Very straight forward and never did I feel pressured to need to "buy more" or any of the other games you hear of other dealerships play. Very kind and caring salesman- which I appreciate! Bill Hubbard (Inventory Manager) has also been a large part in this purchase for me and is incredibly knowledgable about the Ford product and so incredibly accommodating! He worked closely with Ryan to match my needs for my Truck and to let me know when they received a truck matching exactly what I was hoping for! Its a wonderful thing to see management as involved with individual customers as the sales team, and also to be routing for their customers. I think Bill was as excited to be a part of a dream come true as I was- and that's something you don't see very often from a dealership- Genuine care for the happiness of customers and not all about profits! Bill even helped me set up my SYNC System on his own time and was truthfully a joy to work with! Eddie was also fantastic in helping me get the financing I needed with the best possible rate in order to meet my financial and budgetary goals. If option 1 didn't work, he went ahead and made options 2 and 3 even better. Everyone always fears the moment they have to step into a finance office to buy a car… not once did I get the slightest inkling of anything being "off" or "sketchy". He was upfront with me with every form of fact I could have asked about and also provided an extensive amount of advice and options for me when it came to finalizing my purchase! All in all, for my very first solo car purchase, this team made the purchase what it should have been - enjoyable and exciting! I would recommend all three of them to anyone in the area (or State for that matter) to visit when it comes to purchasing a car. What a wonderful dealership and business! More

Ryan Bailey(Sales Consultant ) and Tim Jones(Finance Manager) done a very great job satisfying the client. I am satisfied with my car and I hope Ford comes up with the fix of shuddering problem. More

Brian helped us at first to show us the cars we had in mind and took us out for a test drive. Very personable man and did not try to steer us into anything we didn't want to do. When we came back to make a deal we asked for Brian but he handed the deal over to Nick, he was very helpful as well. We were very satisfied with the overall experience and will definitely recommend! To begin with this young man has such a positive, helpful and professional manner. He was so helpful without being "PUSHY". He was able to answer all my many questions or he was right on the ball to find an answer for me. All the staff that I come in contact with during this time was very friendly, all with big smiles and offers to help. The other young man (Eddie Calderon) in the financial department was also very kind and helpful. He even took a moment to share a couple of his family photos...that he was so proud of. That just made me very happy to see. We need more young men like these two. More

True professionals who care about the customer!!!, I need to leave a review for the Tallahassee Ford Lincoln Service Department Staff( specifically Craig "CJ" Johnson, Shawn Wells, and Marcus Williams) I need to leave a review for the Tallahassee Ford Lincoln Service Department Staff( specifically Craig "CJ" Johnson, Shawn Wells, and Marcus Williams). They are everything a car owner wants in a shop! On Saturday(08/23/2014) after only having my Hyundai Tucson back from Capital City Hyundai after a weeks worth of being put off/ stalled, parts mysteriously not coming in, and mechanics leaving mid projects. Then, being told that a full "safety maintenance inspection" was performed and all parts were checked (I specifically asked to basically tear the car apart and if there was anything wrong with it just fix it/replace it and I'll gladly pay for it) AND a 2nd replacement of a transmission that didn't even last 9,000 miles (original lasted well over 80k) and being assured that the vehicle was in complete and perfect working order with no need for any further replacements, I noticed a knocking and rubbing noise occurring after turning (it had been driven a total of 30 miles since I picked it up the night before). Of course I was infuriated, due to literally not having the car back for 24 ours and being assured it was perfectly fine and now, another problem had arisen. I was at my wits end, shaking, in tears from frustration and at the Tallahassee Mall-So I called the Ford Service Station to ask if I could borrow someones time just to see what could be wrong, as I A. Refuse to NEVER have a mechanic from Capital City Hyundai touch my vehicle again and B. just desperately wanted someone to tell me what else could be wrong with my car so I could simply FIX IT and be HONEST with me.. They close at 2 and it was 1:30 (which I of course felt awful about) but if it was possible I wanted someone to look at it just so I could figure out what to do next. Not only was the person who answered the phone more than pleasant but told me that if i was that close to come in and give it a try. So I did and I was more than impressed by the general concern and care that these Service Mechanics had for a random, non-ford customer pulling in off the road right before close. Within minutes of me telling my story to a cashier, she had me in a bay speaking with a multitude of people. First, Shawn Wells, then Marcus Williams and then CJ. Before I could even blink, they had a mechanic in my car and checking it out and then it was up on a lift. They took the last few minutes out of their Saturday closing to help a complete stranger and non-ford customer out without even batting an eyelash or throwing an attitude. I honestly can't say how incredibly thankful I am to Tallahassee Ford Lincoln and their service staff for Saturday and this whole week. They went above and beyond to help someone they had never seen at the dealership before. I must say, Ford Vehicle or not they have a customer so long as I live and reside in Tallahassee Florida. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a honest service station to take care of their car and all with a smile. And as an update they took care of my Hyundai afterwords. getting an appointment was easy! When they told me my car would be ready it was. Got my parts in, installed and my car checked and inspected faster than Hyundai ever has. No head aches, no stress, and always smiling faces!! More
