Like many others, I moved to Tallahassee to further my education by obtaining my PhD from FSU. Although I did my research, I was afraid that I would be taken advantage of and end up spending way more th education by obtaining my PhD from FSU. However, I must say my first car buying experience was absolutely amazing. Mr. Ken Eaton took me under his wings as if I was his own child and thoroughly explained everything to me regarding financing, buying a used vs. a new car, warranty options, etc. In addition, he took the time to speak with my family to ensure that he was working in my best interest. He never was aggressive but always kept a friendly, smiling, and positive attitude even when I asked the same question over and over again. Mr. Eaton ordered my race red Mustang (Yessss…A Mustang) and I LOVE IT!! Then to top it off Mr. Eaton introduced me to Seth, another great team member. He took the time to actually set up a Gmail account so that I could take advantage of the Ford Sync…I’m in love with it!! He took it upon himself to create me a Pandora account. He explained everything from making phone calls to even showing me how to use Pandora. I can’t explain how happy I am right now!! The entire Tallahassee Ford team was absolutely amazing. God sent some amazing people that worked everything out!! This was truly a blessing!!! Thank you Mr. Ken, Seth and the Entire Tallahassee Ford Team!!! More

This is by far the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. Diego Cabrera and Dan Saraiva made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I drove almost 500 miles to purchase my 2013 Ford Edge. After doing my research on the car I wanted, I looked for it using websites from dealerships in different states. He started to run numbers for me to give me an idea of how much this car was going to cost me. He was professional, respectful, honest on the phone and I knew he was a sales person I could deal with ( other dealerships in other states got crossed off my list because they were rude, too aggressive or just plain unprofessional and I didn't trust them). But Joe Cook was excellent. Lisa helped me get the finance forms online when I called back during Joe's day off. It's nice that they are a team and they work together to help the buyer and make the sale happen in a timely fashion. I prayed about getting a new car for many years, This is my first new car, and I am happy that I got to meet this team of great people. They understood that I needed as much information prior to walking into the dealership because I was coming from out of state, and I just couldn't fly out there without being sure. So I flew to Tallahassee on Tuesday night and on Wednesday night I had already bought my car. Bill Hubbard helped me get familiar with Ford Sync technology, we synced my phone with the car system - great software by the way! - and off I went with my new car! I went to buy a '13 Mustang and decided to visit this dealership as I live here in town. Me and my friend walked in and nobody talked to us, even looked at us for 45 minutes. We walked around and looked at cars, walked into the lobby and at no point did a salesman contact us. We finally flagged down a salesman and was told that they were busy. When I went back, they attempted to sell me a different car than what I was looking for, which is fine, but I was there to buy a specific car and they were unwilling to do so, litterally unwilling. Their service department is marginally better if not hugely overpriced. More
