Good Morning Doug, Yes, as I stated before, we certainly did drop the ball getting your oil changed. I will not make excuses. It should not have happened. With that being said, we are not perfect and sometimes fail. As soon as I was made aware of this (on Facebook), I responded with an apology on Facebook and included my personal cell number so that you would have a direct line to me. It was only then that I received a text from you and responded via text apologizing once more for our mistake in service. At that time, in my text to you I stated that if you would be willing to forgive us this mistake, that I would like to offer you the works package on us. I never received a reply or phone call from you after that. I think that your statement "This business is only interested in selling cars and they could care less about keeping your business after the sale" is both inaccurate and unfair. If this were the case, no one would have reached out to you. The fact is that you were contacted by more than one person on our team and to insure that you had a direct line of communication to me (my cell number) illustrates that we do care. I am sorry that we did not perform well getting your oil changed but as I stated before, we are not perfect. It shouldn't have happened but it did. If this mistake is unforgivable, I understand but to say that we do not care is simply not true. Again, my cell number is 904-219-1752. Thom, you never heard from me because I was waiting to see if you followed through with your commitments. That answer is obvious. I deleted my FB review because I thought I was unfair regarding the Veteran comment. But, can you see how you have dropped the ball again? I am waiting patiently for some indication you or Dale or your dealership really intends to make this right. So, what am I supposed to do, make an appointment and hope that you will honor your commitment? I've got to tell you Thom, I own 3 businesses and if I had a situation like this, I would be on the phone every day with the customer to ensure I was doing everything in my power to get them back in the door.
