Customer service/warranty work failure I recently had my truck in for warranty work (transmission). The people at this dealership failed at every turn. The repair took 29 days in total. I recently had my truck in for warranty work (transmission). The people at this dealership failed at every turn. The repair took 29 days in total. The work was only completed after I was able to reach the CEO of the company, as well as the regional service manager for Dodge. I was given a new set of excuses every couple of days, all of which seemed less than honest. I was not offered a loaner/replacement vehicle until the 29th day. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Blessed New Owner of 2017 Dodge Charger!!! To make a long story short, I was having no luck in finding a good deal on a new 2017 Dodge Charger in my hometown. To say that I was discouraged would be an understatement. I just happened to see a beautiful white 2017 Dodge Charger online at Tallassee Automotive. When I called Tallassee Automotive, the secretary said that Eric (Gill) was with a customer, but he would call me back. It wasn't ten minutes later that Eric (Gill) called me back, and he was so kind to offer me a great deal on a 2017 Dodge Charger over the phone. Since I had almost given up on purchasing a 2017 Dodge Charger at a good price, I was beyond excited!!! The next day my family and I traveled 4 hours to Tallassee, Alabama, and Eric (Gill) stayed after hours to allow us to look at and purchase the 2017 Dodge Charger. Eric was so kind to my family and me. Before we picked up our Charger, Eric was so kind to have our windows tinted too. With the tinted windows, our white 2017 Dodge Charger looked spectacular!!! I wish you could see it!!! We have now had our 2017 Dodge Charger for a week and a half, and we have almost 1000 miles on it! It has been in Destin Beach and all over the place! It is a gorgeous car, and we have never had a car run this beautifully! My family and I are so very, very happy with our purchase! We are so grateful to Eric Gill and Tallassee Automotive for providing such a beautiful car with such awesome customer service! Eric (Gill) went the extra mile to serve my family and me, and I want him to know how much we love our Charger....and how much we appreciated his kindness to our family! If I had any extra money, I would go right back to Tallassee Automotive and buy one more Dodge Charger! Yes, we love the Dodge Charger that much! Jason is a great store manager who knew nothing of the issues we'd had. I bought 2 vehicles a new F150 and a week later a 2014 Mini. I had a great sale from Joseph and he did everything he could to make things right. Once the sale was over we had some issues. Don't count on Erik or Mike Collum to get anything straight for you. Believe me. Over 100 phone were placed (most never even picked up). I hit the jackpot and spoke to Jason Sears, The Store Manager, who truly has good intentions. I just wish I wouldn't have been lied to by Erik, Mike Collum and lastly Justin who is really to new and has had obviously no training from Mike Collum on how to straighten out financial issues. I am making this shorter than my previous review and letting you know if you have problems skip all these guys and find Jason or Joseph. The owner needs to do a good housecleaning on some staff memebers and reward these 2. More

I didn't really need another vehicle, so I wasn't fully convinced that this was going to be something I took very seriously. OK, fine. I'll drive two hours to test drive a used truck I'm not really certain I even want, why not? So I spoke with Erik and Courtney to set it up. Need info about the truck? Sure, let me fax you every bit of paperwork we have on it. Need to take it on an extended test drive to check it out? Sure, here are the keys. Need us to pull it up on the rack so you can see underneath? Sure, here's a rag. Need tacos from the Taco Truck? ... ok, so the city of Tallassee doesn't have a Taco Truck, but that's not their fault. Had there been one, they would have gotten us tacos. The short version is this... everyone at the dealership was awesome. There was zero pressure. It was a bit of a slow day and we made friends with everyone in the showroom. The difference between Tallassee Automotive and other "car dealerships" is this: Other car dealerships love selling cars. Tallassee Automotive loves people. In the end, I bought the truck and it has been as advertised and more, and every time I stand on the gas it brings a smile to my face, and every time my wife sits in those King Ranch leather seats I can't wipe the smile off of hers. (Chicks dig leather - don't believe me? Take one in a high end handbag store and see if you don't go broke.)
