We made arrangements all week, (literally spoke on the phone with Matthew every single day this week- so leave a negative zero star review, I would! We made arrangements all week, (literally spoke on the phone with Matthew every single day this week- some days, more than one time), to drive from Baton Rouge today to purchase a pre owned Jeep Wrangler Limited. Spoke with Matthew, again yesterday at 5pm to confirm we would be driving 3 hours this morning to purchase; made sure the Jeep was available, discussed down payment, etc. Received a call from Matthew at 6:30pm to inform the vehicle was no longer available. The price dropped $2k yesterday which we were never informed of, but found on our own when checking the online listing (after the phone call that it was no longer available). Matthew never gave any suggestion we needed to secure the vehicle until we arrived this morning and never indicated this would even be an issue!! Very disappointed in the customer service. At least he was courteous enough to call before we were on the road for 3 hours...earned that one star!! More

Chris Myers has a great selection. Prices are the best within 100 miles (maybe more). The entire staff was courteous. Alyssa was extremely attentive to everything I said, and a breath of fresh air.
