Horrible and Josh Buck needs to be fired Horrible. I came by to check on a Ram 2500 on Friday. Manager was not able to look at my trade, so I set an appointment for today (Sunday) at 1 Pm. Horrible. I had a sick son, so I was up all night but still kept the appointment. I showed up at 1:15 and the front gate was still locked. Went around to a side entrance, parked, and went inside. My salesman was not there, but some guy with a beard spoke with me. I complained about them not being ready for my 1pm appointment, and the guy said "I can see you are mad Boss, why dont you just leave". I left and have NEVER been treated like this at a dealership before. I came to buy a car, not be called "Boss". Oh, then as I am leaving he tries to lecture me on how life is too short to be angry, calling me BOSS the whole time. Most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. I found out the guy who kept calling me BOSS and was a complete jerk is the sales manager, Josh Buck. More
