I called Thursday afternoon and was told they had just found the issue and was contacting my warranty provider and they would call me back once repair was approved. I had to call back Friday afternoon to check progress. I was told a part was ordered and it would be next week. No communication on Monday . I called Tuesday afternoon and was told that it was ready. Again, just very frustrating not knowing how to plan for transportation for my son who is in college and also works. I feel keeping people informed is key for good customer service. More

I took my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in for service as it was making a noise that sounded like it was from a fan belt or pulley. Since the noise was not always consistent, I wasn't sure if the problem could be i making a noise that sounded like it was from a fan belt or pulley. Since the noise was not always consistent, I wasn't sure if the problem could be identified during this visit. They did identify the problem, had the necessary parts, and fixed it the same day! We have our van back and it is running much more smoothly and quietly! Additionally, they provided me a shuttle ride to my home during the service visit. During these times when customer service is substandard, it is certainly reassuring to have a positive customer service experience as everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming! Thank you!
