Willing to do what’s right I purchased a truck from Chris Meyers last week. The salesman was great and took care of me and made sure I was comfortable with deal. The truck was an as is by and he assured me that it had been inspected and was in perfect shape. Well I drove the truck for 3 days and noticed oil leaking in the ground. I had my mechanic take a look and it was coming from the oil pan gasket. As he looked at it he said something doesn’t look right as he pulled chunks of gasket out from the oil pan. I contacted Chris Meyers and told them what we had found. I received a call from Brian in the maintenance department who was extremely helpful. He had looked at service records done from inspection and said that they had worked on that part. He agreed to fix the truck free of charge and offered a car for me to drive during the repairs. Couldn’t have asked more from their department. More

Fast forward to raising my kids, maybe having a smidgen of extra money and that little nagging for something extra! So the search began! I looked high and low.. Here and there.. Every dealership within driving distance of my home to no avail.. The either had the Jeep and we were miles apart on the deal or they didn’t have what I wanted and wasn’t concerned with finding it! I almost gave up on defeat.. I seen Chris Myer’s on the internet and knew they had the inventory.. On a whim my husband and I stopped by as we were passing through the area coming from visiting family in Florida (I didn’t even have my trade OR down payment with me)! I walked straight to my dream Jeep! Rick Trabal met us with a smile and I explained to him we were passing through and wasn’t prepared to buy to which he replied “why not?” He insisted I drive the Jeep and of course I feel in love instantly! Rick took us inside assisted us with all the paperwork helped strike a deal we could all agree on and they even got a driver to follow us back to Mississippi 80 miles to get my trade which they had not even laid eyes on! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from these guys again! Oh and the finance guy was super also! Top notch folks!! Rick even sent my personalized tag back to me that I left on my trade! Great guy! More
