I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. October 8 I’ve given 4 stars just due to the wait time for the buying process. Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with. The only negative experience was when we went to finance the guy told us a payment that was too high for how much we were financing and when we spoke up it actually ended up being 200$ cheaper.
