Excellent service department I have used the Chris Myers Auto Mall service department for 7 years since moving to Alabama. Kyle always takes such good care of me and my vehicle. C I have used the Chris Myers Auto Mall service department for 7 years since moving to Alabama. Kyle always takes such good care of me and my vehicle. Check in and checkout is always quick and painless. When I had an active warranty, Kyle was diligent in making sure any issues with my car were taken care of and a substitute car was available to me. I highly recommend Chris Myers Auto Mall service department and appreciate Kyle’s attention to detail. More

Never buy from Chris Myers again!! Had a very nice sales person, new and in need of training. First of all had phone contact with someone who knew nothing..then gave us the wrong direct Had a very nice sales person, new and in need of training. First of all had phone contact with someone who knew nothing..then gave us the wrong directions to dealership...really! Found manger to be “high pressure” did not like him! They did have the Jeep we wanted, that’s the only good thing about the whole transaction that was positive! When we went to pick up the Jeep NO ONE knew how to put the transfer case in neutral for flat towing! Four people later that was finally accomplished. Never was given a basic user instruction, we’re still learning that on our own. Finance guy took it upon himself to set up loan etc, included sales tax in loan, which we told the salesman we didn’t want. Major screw up with tag transfer since it was bought out of state! Want me to go on? Then only positive was they had the Jeep we wanted and are very happy with it although title-tag transfer still not complete! Have never experienced such incompetence at a dealership before. Will not go back or recommend. I would have given them o stars if possible. More
