Service advisor told my wife that we needed tires, but the car is only two years old. He said they were showing signs of dry rot. When I suggested warranty replacement the phone went silent for about thir the car is only two years old. He said they were showing signs of dry rot. When I suggested warranty replacement the phone went silent for about thirty seconds. He then said it was only a suggestion to start thinking about. Sounded like a scam to sell tires me. My husband was in a hit-and-run car accident in late February. His commuter car was totaled and he needed a small, quality, and moderately priced car for going back and forth to work. Our son will be starting to drive in the next couple of years and will be getting our family’s truck, that I drove daily. I would be in the market for a vehicle when he gets the truck.
