Great Car Buying Experience Rick took care of us and did his best to get us what we wanted. We drove away with an excellent hybrid and a great buying experience. The only hiccup is payoff of the trade-in is still pending and it took a few weeks for the registration/promissory note paperwork to process (might be an Alabama thing).
