I arrived about 10 minutes before the service department opened and was concerned that I would have to wait for check-in because I was fifth or sixth in line. Received an email for my recently purchased 2024 Ridgeline that it was due to have recall work completed. I made an appt online explaining that I was needing the stated recall work completed. I received multiple text reminders from the dealership saying they were ready for me and not to forget my appointment. When I arrived, however, I let the service advisor know I was there for my appointment and recall work. The advisor said “what recall work?” and I had to find the email and tell the advisor what was needed. They then proceeded to tell me that not only did they NOT have the parts for the recall, but that I should have called them. WTH? Why did they (1) accept my appt and then (2) keep in touch about it when they didn’t even have the parts??? Talk about poor customer service for a brand new customer! This was an unacceptable waste of my time. Now I’m really wondering if I purchased by new truck from the right dealer. More

Tameron service department were friendly and knowledgeable. The service work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I have used Tameron exclusively for service and maintenance work on m knowledgeable. The service work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I have used Tameron exclusively for service and maintenance work on my 2019 Pilot. IMO, they know how to service Honda automobiles. Waiting area is very comfortable and is supplied with drinkd and snacks. Also, i received updates on the status of the work being performed. More

The customer service was the best I have ever received, at any dealership. It reminded me of Chick-Fil-A's customer service. I think Stephan is who I dealt with and he was absolutely great.
