The wait time on my appointment oil change was over two hours, which the service rep had already told me about before getting the service done. I did appreciate that. I am just confused as to why there is hours, which the service rep had already told me about before getting the service done. I did appreciate that. I am just confused as to why there is any point in having an appointment time if we all go into the same shuffle of cars waiting for service? Besides that, Brad was very apologetic about the wait time and nice throughout the whole transaction. I have no qualms with Brad, personally. He did a great job helping me. I have a huge problem with the mask wearing compliance here, specifically by the employees. Less than half of the employees are wearing their masks and of the ones that are wearing them, many are wearing incorrectly. An effective mask needs to be worn over the mouth and nose. There is no reason to have it off, hanging by one ear, under a chin, or anything unless you are actively eating or drinking. I’m afraid the culture of Tameron Honda is very lax about the pandemic. Note that plexiglass needs to be accompanied by a properly worn mask by the person behind it. More
