This was the worst visit I have ever had to Tameron for service! I stood by my car for quite a while. I was not the only customer waiting. Finally I went inside to the counter. Two service men were helping service! I stood by my car for quite a while. I was not the only customer waiting. Finally I went inside to the counter. Two service men were helping customers. Three other service men (probably - dressed in black) were behind the counter talking and laughing. After waiting quite a while again, I went back out and stood by my car. Finally a man came to me and asked what I needed. He apologized for the wait and said they were "slammed". I don't know if the three "non-working" men were on break or lunch, but it made Tameron look REALLY BAD to see three men standing around having a good time when multiple customers were waiting! Also, something I was told would cost about $40, cost me $172.50. The worst visit ever!! More

Did not get notified in timely manner about car repairs, said they texted but did not get text. Got misinformation when I called to check. Everything went very well. The easiest car buying experience I have had.
