Guys are nice. Loaner vehicle was disgustedly filthy. Scheduling is horrible. Had to reschedule on more than a few occasions because no one was on the same page. First oil change had to come back because my mileage hadn’t reached the requirement by the service dept yet my sticker reflected it was time for the change. Had to reschedule and come back another day. This was a new change we weren’t made aware of. 2. Screen in my 2024 vehicle had a glitch and was going out. Scheduled for a replacement. Brought the vehicle in and no one was aware that it was going to take several hours and I needed a loaner vehicle. They then disclosed that the tool they needed wasn’t available and they had to order it. 2. They notified me when the tool came in. Then called me days later and advised that they had a loaner vehicle set up for me. 3. Brought the vehicle in on the new date. Rep asked me if I was staying to wait on the vehicle. This was strange because previously I was told it would need to be dropped off for the entire day or longer and I had a loaner vehicle lined up for me. 4. The representative asked me to wait to see if he could find me a loaner vehicle after I explained to him what I was previously told. He told me that the repairs would only take a matter of minutes. 5. The representative found a loaner vehicle for me. I went out to get into the vehicle leave. This was probably one of the nastiest vehicles I have been in personally. It smelled like someone had been smoking methamphetamine in this car. It was dirty enough that I didn’t pick my kids up from school in the vehicle. 5. I’ve had the opportunity to use loaner vehicles at times from Chevrolet, Toyota and Lexus dealerships. I’m not sure if any other dealership would allow a current customer to drive away in a vehicle that was in that condition. Conclusion: you can be nice and talk really sweet to me while you’re forcibly xxxxxx me. I wouldn’t buy another Hyundai based solely on the service. More
