I asked for my rear right tire to be checked out because its pressure was quite low. I also asked your service department to check the pressure on my other tires as well. Long story, short I had to take my car to a tire center the very next day as the pressure was again really low. The tire was quickly diagnosed with a tear on its inside wall and a bubble next to that. The guy said it would be risky to drive on. He didn’t have a tire in stock, so he sent me to Mavis in Pelham. They saw the same tear and replaced the tire. They also checked my other back tire and found a nail. They patched that tire. I don’t understand how two other places quickly figured out my tire’s problem, and your guys didn’t see it. I think your guys just put air in all my tires and left it at that. This is the second time (out of two visits) that I have been disappointed with your service team and also the lady who made my appointment (bad communication). More
