Overall experience was 7/10. The reason being is that Haleigh Wood stated via text she would load a discount into the system to go towards my purchase and that was not honored ($ The reason being is that Haleigh Wood stated via text she would load a discount into the system to go towards my purchase and that was not honored ($250-1K). Also, while Walt was very professional during my service issues, it seemed as if during some of the conversations that “due to the age of my car” or “a car with that many miles” was a bit off putting. I know that buying a used car will have a few minor flaws, but, to have that kind of conversation with me, a customer, made me feels as if my purchase didn’t matter or that it wasn’t as important as someone who purchased a new vehicle. Plus, the service message is still on in my car and I haven’t heard anything back from the dealership regarding getting it fixed. More
