Happy to have my 2016 repaired. I had an appointment on the Friday before but was told the car had to be left . Had to reschedule to accommodate this and had to rent a car for 2 day I had an appointment on the Friday before but was told the car had to be left . Had to reschedule to accommodate this and had to rent a car for 2 days. I ended up calling to check on progress on the 2nd day. I don’t think it had been touched at that point. They did get it fixed and I got it back later that day. Now I really think that if I had not called it would still be sitting there. They kept saying that they were swamped but I think if the service rep had followed up regularly it would have been ready sooner. More
