Absolutely horrible experience and service at this dealership. I was told to meet with Eddie for my appointment but Eddie never came to speak with us or communicate with me. Not only did they never up dealership. I was told to meet with Eddie for my appointment but Eddie never came to speak with us or communicate with me. Not only did they never update me on how long my car would be there, but they lied and were so rude. Brian was the one we ended up dealing with in the service department. He was very unprofessional. We watched him from outside the service garage purposely ignore my phone call. So I went to speak with him where he basically said I had to fill out some link before I could get my car back knowing I only wanted my oil changed and a quote for a new camera, that’s it. Nothing else. I’ve had another recall on my car and they always ASKED if i wanted to handle it that day or another time, but i was not asked this time. We had places to be so the extra time was ridiculous. They also did not send the link until my car had been in the service area for over an hour. Multiple people who came in after us were BROUGHT their keys to the waiting room and told thank you and treated with respect. Then they brought my car around and we watched as Brian sat at his desk and never came to tell me it was ready and did not have the decency to text or call either. I sent a text to see what the hold up was AFTER MY CAR SAT THERE WAITING FOR OVER TEN MINUTES and Brian proceeded to mock the text I had sent to my face and was extremely unprofessional about the whole situation. I will never return to this location unless every other Hyundai service/dealerships in Birmingham just up and disappear. DO. BETTER. More
