Gave me time to get out of my car before approaching. Introduced himself, got me seated and offered me drinks and snacks. Brought me a Coke and a Water. My 2018 Santa Fe was brought in for service for the 4th time regarding a loud grinding noise audible at low speeds. Car was left for an entire day and each time the mechanic couldn’t replicate the noise. S time regarding a loud grinding noise audible at low speeds. Services were recommended to remedy situation - services were performed outside dealership since I had no faith in their work at this point. The noise is audible each and every time after the diagnostic visit. Literally driving away after this 4th visit it was audible, so I brought it back to the service dept wondering why they can’t replicate the issue when I can hear it pulling out of the service center. If the issue was not related to likely a warranty issue I would have brought to another mechanic to remedy. I just keep wasting my time dropping it off. Blake - the manager on duty offered to try to make things right and would call me next business day to arrange for the shop foreman to come to my house and ride in the car with me so I could replicate the issue for him. Blake has not followed up or called to this point. I will be taking my business to another dealership. More

I dropped my car off at 9:45 am for a 10:00 appointment and was checked in right away and received a text message that i could send and receive updates regarding my Santa Fe. Called back at 11:30 for an u and was checked in right away and received a text message that i could send and receive updates regarding my Santa Fe. Called back at 11:30 for an update and was told there was no update available, I called back to get an update an at 1:30 and was told no update and we will let you know when we hear something. My husband and I went to check on the car at the dealership and was told there is still no update. I will call you as soon as I hear something. At that point we felt like they were not even working on the car since it had been 4 hours from the time we dropped it off. I told him we will just take our car home. He then got up and went to the key board and got my key and went outside to get someone to bring the car around This was evidence they had not even started looking at my vehicle since our 10:00 am appointment time. I asked the guy was my vehicle in the bay and he said no it was out on the lot This is not the way to treat customers if you want them to return for more business. I have owned 3 Santa Fe’s and 1 Tucson More
