I've never preferred dealerships before I bought my Sonata. I decided to try Tameron's service department & was pleasantly surprised. I'm not the only one. My car was there 5 weeks for warranty work, which was a computer update.. They had the wrong phone number listed on my account, , so I wasn’t getting any updates. I left a couple of messages and did not ge computer update.. They had the wrong phone number listed on my account, , so I wasn’t getting any updates. I left a couple of messages and did not get a return call. The only way I knew my car was ready is because I went there to speak with somebody directly. It had been ready for three days and I have just rented a car for another week for almost $500. I could have saved $500 if I had of known. The service center is under construction, so I know it is hectic but customer service should come first. More
