I had an appointment got there at 1pm and left around 4:15. It was just for the 30,000 mile checkup. They told me later it was because the guy who worked on my car left. Not really sure what that meant but it shouldn’t have taken that long or I would have gotten someone to pick me up. I’ve gone there before twice and it only took an hour maybe. There seem to be a communication problem with the employees and I got a whole day behind at work. With my car I get five years of free maintenance for check ups but if it’s anything like that, I’ll just go somewhere else. I’m not someone that complains to the staff, but they should’ve given me a time updates if it was gonna take more than an hour. More

I normally would given a 5 star rave review but this time was different. I brought my car in for what seemed to be a dead battery but Eddie Hicks said the batter was good. The NEXT day I had to bring it BACK was different. I brought my car in for what seemed to be a dead battery but Eddie Hicks said the batter was good. The NEXT day I had to bring it BACK to the service center because the battery dies AGAIN! This time they kept my car from Thursday-Monday and I had to be the one to call and try to figure out what was going on. I was given a number to call about a shuttle but the shuttle driver was on another call and couldn’t get me for several more hours. There was no concern that I would have been without a vehicle over a weekend. When I finally was able to pick my car up I only got a text from Eddie and again I had to be the one to inquire as to what happened. He was very flippant, in my opinion. His basic answer was “the battery is good until it’s not” never even offered an “I’m sorry this has been such an ordeal for you or any type of care or concern”. I have literally done ALL my service at Tameron Hyundai for 10 years and 196,000+ miles on this car and this was the worst experience I have had. More
