They don’t listen, nor care about the customer. Would not recommend them to anyone. I asked them to give me a trade in value for my car so I could use it to run some numbers for my own benefit. The Would not recommend them to anyone. I asked them to give me a trade in value for my car so I could use it to run some numbers for my own benefit. They made me come to the dealership to receive the trade in value (instead I sending it to me via email or text message) and made me wait for over an hour to get it. My car was already in the shop for service the entire day and they could’ve looked at it to come up with a trade value. Instead they made me wait and tried to get me to sign a deal for a car I didn’t even want. To be fair, the service department was fine. It was the sales department that was the issue. More
