Friendly staff. Decent wait time. I waited exactly an hour, and they just did an oil change and checked other filters recommended for service. For that only, an hour Decent wait time. They provide snacks and wifi while you wait. My paperwork said they have loaners available but I got a no. Temporary trailer for waiting area isnt great, but I appreciate that they even have a waiting area set up while their new building is under construction. More
