They diligently worked with Hyundai manufacturers to get my locked up engine covered by warranty. Once the new engine was approved I was told it would be about 2 weeks total repair time. Very disappointed in the service I received. I expected them to deliver my car back to me with no issues and they didn’t. It should be a protocol for them to put the vehicle back on the machine I expected them to deliver my car back to me with no issues and they didn’t. It should be a protocol for them to put the vehicle back on the machine to verify if no issues is found after they think they have fixed a problem instead of driving it. Because driving it didn’t determine it was a problem the machine told them it was a problem!!! I only had my car 14 hours and the check engine light was back on again! I went to get it tested and it was the same problem they said they fixed and didn’t!!! This car was purchased at a reliable dealership I thought but now they are just like the ones that treat females differently and get over on them!!! This is my 3rd Hyundai and my last one!!! Just because of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! My check engine light was coming on and off every other day and when my car was dropped off it wasn’t on so in order for them to check my car it had to be put on their machine. If the machine had to tell you what was wrong then u needed the machine to tell you if you fixed it!!! This is another dealership that treats female differently because they think we dont know any better or it could be because of who I look like!!! I reported this to HYUNDAI America in California and I have a case manager on it investigating it!!! I’m a Home Health Travel Nurse and you all are playing with my life by not doing your job. I travel for a living by car and I need my car fixed!!! I’m HURT AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I DONT FEEL HYUNDAI CARS ARE RELIABLE CARS ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE THAT YOU GET!!! It’s ashame that you are okay to treat females this way and it hurt to know u can’t be TRUSTED TO STAND ON UR OWN NAME!!! More
