Originally, I gave a great review. But after I bought a used vehicle for $10k, it dies in the FIRST WEEK. Unlike most dealerships, Tameron avoided my calls, ignored my messages and has But after I bought a used vehicle for $10k, it dies in the FIRST WEEK. Unlike most dealerships, Tameron avoided my calls, ignored my messages and has never ever made one attempt to contact me. Eventually I had to pay for repairs myself which cost $3,500 (turns out the engine was faulty). I posted a review on Google and Tameron replied by calling me a liar and saying there's no record of the sale! So I posted a picture of the Bill of Sale on the Google review. Sometimes used cars fail, I understand that, but if if it fails in the first week most dealerships would do something to make it right (either refund the sale, swap the vehicle, or pay for repairs). I feel like this is an opportunity for Tameron to either show that they are an honorable dealership who takes care of their customers, or to show that they will do nothing to take care of their customers. I will post updates to this review of Tameron decides to do the right thing. More
