The one star was my only option I would’ve given them a negative 10 stars if possible .Horrible customer service, work ethic ,doesn’t stand behind the vehicle they sold me .I purchased my vehicle 4/4 and h negative 10 stars if possible .Horrible customer service, work ethic ,doesn’t stand behind the vehicle they sold me .I purchased my vehicle 4/4 and had to return on 4/10 due to warning malfunction coming on car.Hyundai (Walt service manager )in so many words he stated enterprise is who they purchased my vehicle from and they would need to fix it not them.Then later said they would take care of repairs and car was returned back to me with same issue warning came on 2hrs after i got it.Now 4/23 my vehicle is at Nissan again the place they said was repairing it on 4/10 .The General Manager won’t return my calls or reach out in anyway because no one knows anything and I keep getting the run around.Is business doesn’t care about the little man and i regret my purchase and the value this business places on their customers is very little to none. More

He also followed up with me about different links that were assessable with the vehicle that I purchased. I was concerned about some unclean areas on my vehicle after it had been detailed and Matt, with no hesitation got something to clean the areas of the vehicle that caused me concern. I am grateful that he was my sales guy. More

When challenged, they will say their records indicate it is time for the services based on mileage or time, without first asking if the customer performed the service themselves or had it done somewhere else. That is my primary (and consistent ) complaint. Otherwise, it's a good dealership with helpful and friendly people. More
I wasn't going to write a review but this has got to be said. After my car was at the dealership for 3 weeks they called and said it was ready 4/17/23; picked it up and it stopped after 30 minutes of driv said. After my car was at the dealership for 3 weeks they called and said it was ready 4/17/23; picked it up and it stopped after 30 minutes of driving. The GM, Joe, was very helpful and sent a tow truck. On 4/19/23, got a text the car was ready, this time my sister trailed me. Eddie the service person, implied I don't get my oil changed on time because there was gunk on an engine sensor; definitely not true, its changed EVERY 3000 miles or less. Picked the car up and after 15 minutes of driving, it stopped. They had it towed back to them. On 4/21/23, got the text and had my sister trail me. Eddie had nothing to say to me about why it stopped a second time, he barely turned around to look at me. I made it home and decided to get up early the next morning and drive the car on the express way while there was little traffic in case it stopped again. It rode fine. Later, I washed and cleaned the car out because it was filthy; they failed to put paper on the floor so the mats were super dusty. On 4/23/23, I got the oil change even though, by the miles, I still had 320 to go. The tech said I had absolutely no oil in my car, which has never happened. So the Hyundai techs worked on the engine sensor and left no oil in my car and no one said a word about it. This has been the longest most stressful ordeal and I will never use this facility again. When I got the text my car was ready, 4/21/23, I literally got sick to my stomach and had to rush to the bathroom at work. More
